Mobile pet grooming with a silver lining!

A trip to Fluff is more than a trip to the groomer,

it’s a GETAWAY.

We operate out of a cozy, single-station bus, so your pet will always be the center of our attention.

Our salon is equipped with state of the art grooming equipment and tools, putting us in the perfect spot to get your pet what they need safely and quickly.

Everything we do is in pursuit of cultivating a calm and patient atmosphere in the salon. By the time your furry friend’s appointment is done, they won’t realize they ever left home!

  • You’ll need to upload/text/email photo proof of your pet’s rabies vaccinations before your first appointment. You can also provide them at the start of the groom.

    All animals on the Fluff Bus are required to have proof of an unexpired rabies vaccine.

    All other vaccines are encouraged but optional!

  • If you’re interested in booking with us, click on the Client Portal link at the top of the page.

    Click the Book Now button, and tell us about you! You will be prompted to provide more information about you and your pet(s). Feel free to text us at 509.866.6140 with any questions.

  • After setting up profiles for you and your pet(s), you can book whichever service best fits your needs. If you’re not sure which one to choose, just text us a picture of your pet and we will help you narrow it down!

  • If you are happy with your experience at Fluff following your first appointment, you can continue to schedule your grooms as needed. Alternatively, you can ask us to set you up on a recurring schedule so that you don’t have to think about it!

How It Works

Who We Are

Our names are Mac(they/them) and Maddie(they/them) and we are the parents of Fluff Pet Parlor. Mac started Fluff all on their own in October 2023. Since then, Fluff has grown in so many ways. We were open in Missoula, Montana for two years, slowly building our business and perfecting our craft. It was difficult to leave our wonderful clients there, but we’ve been having the best time meeting the wonderful animals - and humans - of Spokane!

There are few things we value more than helping animals to live comfortable and fulfilling lives. We look forward to working with you to cultivate an enjoyable - or at least tolerable - grooming experience for you and your pets.
